1 bag rolled oats as in Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Rolled Oats OR about 5 cups Quaker brand
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup goji berries
Lots of cinnamon
Use milk of choice
Add toppings of choice

Combine the dry ingredients and store in airtight container. I use a ziplock bag.
For each serving, scoop desired amount of the mixture into a bowl.
Add milk and stir well.
Add toppings
